1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AdWallet you agree to these Terms. If you use AdWallet on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. Service
AdWallet is an advertising agency. We plan and run Meta and Google advertising campaigns for clients on agency-managed ad accounts, funded through a prepaid wallet balance.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Wallet and deposits
Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies with a minimum of $150. Deposits are credited in USD after on-chain confirmation and verification. Network fees are your responsibility. Your wallet balance is a prepaid balance for advertising services and does not earn interest.
5. Campaigns and spend
Budget you allocate to a campaign may be spent by the advertising platforms. Spend reported by the platforms is final. We may pause any campaign that risks breaching platform policies or applicable law.
6. Advertising policies
All ads must comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, Google Ads policies, our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We do not offer services intended to evade platform enforcement.
7. Fees
Agency service fees are agreed with you before your first campaign goes live and may be deducted from your wallet balance.
8. Refunds
Unspent funds can be withdrawn as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Liability
Advertising results are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Unspent balances are handled under the Refund Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the platform or by email.
