1. Unspent campaign budget
Budget allocated to a campaign but not yet spent can be moved back to your wallet, or to another campaign, at any time from the Campaigns page.
2. Wallet withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available wallet balance to a crypto address you control. Requests are reviewed and usually paid within 3 business days.
3. Amounts and fees
Withdrawals are paid in the requested supported cryptocurrency at the prevailing rate. Network fees may be deducted from the amount sent.
4. Spent funds
Money already spent by the advertising platforms cannot be refunded, except where the platform itself issues a credit.
5. Restricted ad accounts
If an agency ad account is restricted, your unspent budget is returned to your wallet. We appeal through the platform's official process.
6. Rejected requests
If a withdrawal request is rejected, for example because of an invalid address or a compliance check, the amount returns to your wallet balance.
